Hublot seeks experienced Watch Finisher in Nyon, Switzerland. Permanent role in horological finishing with mastery of polishing, micro-blasting, and surface decoration.
Role & Responsibilities
- Read and interpret finishing plans for dimensional and aesthetic specifications
- Perform manual micro-blasting on components using specialized equipment
- Prepare surfaces with carbide abrasive tools and micro-motor work
- Execute lapidary surface preparation with freehand or guided positioning techniques
- Polish, buff, and finish components using polishing wheels and back-stand equipment
- Work proficiently across multiple materials: titanium, gold, steel, aluminium, carbon, and set components
- Operate industrial washing machines to clean finished components
- Conduct self-inspection and quality verification according to defined criteria
Qualifications
- CFC (Federal Diploma of Apprenticeship) in horological finishing or equivalent professional credential
- Minimum 5 years of practical experience in horological finishing workshops
- Proven ability to work at high production cadences
- Demonstrated expertise across diverse finishing techniques and materials
- Strong attention to detail and dimensional precision
