Hublot in Nyon seeks a Watch Finisher – Polisher. On-site manufacturing role in the finishing department; 5+ years' horology finishing experience required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Read and interpret finishing drawings (dimensional and aesthetic) and apply defined finishing criteria.
- Perform manual microblasting (microbillage) and surface preparation for subsequent operations.
- Prepare components for micromotor work and execute high-precision micromachining tasks.
- Carry out lapidary finishing by hand or using fixtures and an indexed tilting table.
- Execute polishing, burnishing, brightening and satin-finishes using polishing lathes and back-stand equipment.
- Work on a variety of materials — titanium, gold, steel, aluminium, carbon and gem-set components — ensuring appropriate technique for each material.
- Operate industrial washing machines for parts cleaning and maintain workstation cleanliness.
- Perform in-process and final self-inspections against defined quality and aesthetic standards.
Qualifications
- Vocational certification in watchmaking finishing (CFC de Termineur en habillage horloger) preferred.
- Minimum five years’ proven experience in a watchmaking finishing workshop on diversified finishing tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to work to tight production cadences while maintaining precision and quality.
- Versatile team player able to alternate between tasks and maintain consistent standards.
- Deep passion for horology and strong attention to aesthetic detail.

At least 5 years of hands-on experience in a watchmaking finishing (terminaison) atelier, executing polishing, satinage and aesthetic finishing across multiple materials.
Education
Vocational qualification in watchmaking finishing (CFC de Termineur en habillage horloger) preferred.
