Hublot Watch Case Finisher & Polisher position in Nyon, Switzerland. Horological finishing expertise required.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret finishing plans and specifications, both dimensional and aesthetic
  • Execute manual microbead blasting on watch components using precision techniques
  • Prepare surfaces using carbide tools and micromotor equipment
  • Perform lapidary surface preparation by hand or with positioning fixtures and adjustable tables
  • Polish, brighten, and satin-finish components on polishing wheels or back-stand equipment
  • Work across diverse materials including titanium, gold, steel, aluminum, carbon, and set components
  • Operate industrial washing machines for component cleaning
  • Conduct self-inspection and quality verification against established finishing criteria

Qualifications

  • Swiss CFC qualification (Certificat Fédéral de Capacité) in Horological Case Finishing or equivalent recognized certification
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a horological finishing workshop
  • Demonstrated proficiency across diverse finishing tasks and material types
  • Ability to maintain consistent quality under elevated production cadences
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in executing complex surface finishes
