Hublot seeks Supply Chain Excellence Manager in Nyon, Switzerland to lead supply chain optimization, digital transformation, and continuous improvement projects.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the governance and delivery of cross-functional supply chain projects, defining objectives, deliverables, resources, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Establish and animate project steering committees and monitoring forums, ensuring transparent reporting and stakeholder alignment with senior management
  • Coordinate internal teams across procurement, IT, finance, and human resources alongside external partners including service providers and suppliers to drive project success
  • Analyze existing processes and identify optimization levers, designing target-state solutions encompassing organizational structure, workflow design, systems, and performance indicators
  • Champion organizational and digital transformation, actively supporting change management initiatives including communication, training, and employee engagement
  • Lead the deployment of new systems and tools including WMS, APS, ERP platforms, and automation infrastructure across the supply chain
  • Collaborate with departmental leadership to identify and structure continuous improvement opportunities aligned with enterprise-wide strategy
  • Monitor project progress, anticipate deviations, propose necessary escalations and remediation actions, and maintain regular, transparent reporting to executive leadership

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Project Management
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in logistics project management or supply chain operations, ideally within an industrial manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in cross-functional project management, process analysis, and change management methodologies
  • Advanced proficiency in enterprise systems including ERP, WMS, TMS, and APS platforms
  • Mastery of continuous improvement methodologies and Lean tools
  • Professional fluency in English at both written and verbal level
  • Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and lead multidisciplinary teams toward shared objectives
  • Experience in the watchmaking or horological sector considered advantageous
