Hublot seeks a Store Planning Coordinator (temporary) in Miami to support Americas retail infrastructure strategy across the US, Canada, Mexico, and LATAM.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end store planning for new openings, renovations, and repairs across Americas, ensuring alignment with HQ design direction and timeline execution
- Track project status, budgets, and deliverables; escalate risks and delays; maintain accurate documentation throughout design and execution phases
- Serve as liaison between HQ Store Planning and local teams; coordinate communication with Retail, Finance, and external stakeholders across all project phases
- Coordinate vendor and contractor activities including scheduling, documentation, and onboarding of new suppliers in Mexico and LATAM markets
- Support procurement activities, delivery logistics, and cross-border coordination to ensure materials and fixtures are deployment-ready
- Assist in local adaptation and implementation of HQ-specified design standards; coordinate with architects and suppliers to ensure design intent execution
- Help standardize store planning processes and documentation across North America, Mexico, and LATAM; contribute to building regional supplier and contractor networks
Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D/3D, Adobe Photoshop/InDesign, technical drawings, and MS Office
- Strong organizational, analytical, and project coordination capabilities
- Ability to manage communication across multiple stakeholders and time zones
- Strong sense of ownership, follow-through, and accountability
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years in store planning, architecture, construction, or project coordination. Working knowledge of shopfitting, construction processes, and materials selection. Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional teams.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
