Role & Responsibilities
- Define and develop global store design concepts and immersive retail environments (boutiques, pop‑ups, shop‑in‑shops, exhibitions) that express the Maison’s creative vision.
- Translate marketing campaigns into compelling in‑store visual merchandising activations and product presentations across all retail touchpoints.
- Establish and maintain global VM guidelines and standards while permitting appropriate local adaptations in international markets.
- Lead customer journey design, storytelling and scenography to enhance brand experience and product engagement.
- Plan and manage international rollouts: oversee timelines, budgets, external partners and quality control for multiple concurrent projects.
- Monitor trends in luxury retail, architecture and experiential design; propose innovative materials, technologies and solutions to elevate brand visibility.
- Manage, coach and develop the Brand Scenography team; set priorities, structure workflows and ensure high‑quality creative output.
- Collaborate closely with Global Marketing, Product, Retail and regional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution from concept to completion.
Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, Scenography or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years' professional experience in store design, visual merchandising or retail design within luxury, watches/jewelry, fashion or premium lifestyle brands.
- Proven experience leading creative teams and managing international rollouts of retail concepts.
- Demonstrable ability to combine high creative standards with rigorous project and budget management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in an international environment.
- Strong sensitivity to luxury brand image and customer experience; experience in watchmaking or high‑end jewelry is highly desirable.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
