Hublot is hiring a Sales Consultant in Shenzhen — boutique role focused on luxury watch sales, client service and visual merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets as allocated by the boutique manager; proactively drive conversions and revenue.
- Deliver exceptional client service, present brand and product knowledge, and follow up on after‑sales enquiries to ensure long‑term client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain client relationships and a high‑quality client portfolio through active prospecting and personalised service.
- Assist boutique manager with staff coaching, performance motivation and day‑to‑day team coordination to meet sales objectives.
- Support inventory management and periodic stock counts; ensure merchandise integrity and accurate record keeping.
- Maintain boutique standards: ensure visual merchandising, window rotations and in‑store displays comply with brand guidelines and are refreshed promptly.
- Execute brand promotion directives and maintain a pristine, brand‑appropriate environment at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 5–10 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury watches, jewellery or premium fashion.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and to build lasting client relationships.
- Strong presentation skills and demonstrable understanding of visual merchandising standards.
- Professional demeanour, excellent interpersonal skills and a service‑oriented mindset.

Experience
5–10 years of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury watches or jewellery; demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and building high‑value client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
