Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs as delegated by the boutique manager through proactive selling and client engagement.
  • Manage boutique inventory: assist in stock control, receive and reconcile shipments, and perform regular stocktakes to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Support daily store operations by maintaining a pristine boutique environment, ensuring merchandise presentation and fixtures comply with brand standards, and executing timely adjustments.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by conveying brand and product knowledge, conducting product demonstrations, and guiding clients through the purchase journey.
  • Build and sustain client relationships: develop a qualified client book, perform proactive follow-up, and coordinate after‑sales service to maximise long‑term loyalty.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3–5 years of retail sales experience, preferably within watches, jewellery, or luxury goods.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a boutique environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with aptitude for clienteling and relationship management.
