Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and guide clients through a premium, personalized in-store experience tailored to individual preferences
- Understand client needs and provide expert product recommendations aligned with the brand's universe and heritage
- Contribute to achieving individual and boutique sales targets and key performance indicators
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both local and international clientele
- Participate actively in CRM and clienteling initiatives, including client follow-up and targeted outreach
- Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and compelling product storytelling
- Maintain impeccable boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards consistent with luxury brand expectations
- Support daily boutique operations, including inventory management, stock organization, and replenishment tasks
- Ensure strict compliance with boutique procedures, policies, and service excellence standards
- Participate in in-store events, animations, product launches, and brand activations
- Collaborate closely with team members to cultivate a positive, high-performing work environment
- Continuously develop and demonstrate knowledge of products, collections, and contemporary watchmaking trends
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or client-facing roles; luxury sector experience is highly advantageous
