Hublot Sales Associate position in Miami, Florida. Luxury watch retail role with customer advisory, sales targets, and brand representation responsibilities.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Professionally advise customers on Hublot timepieces and services, achieving store sales targets
  • Maintain premium merchandising displays and in-store presentation standards
  • Deliver high-quality customer service via face-to-face interactions and telephone
  • Execute point-of-sale documentation and manage inventory and till systems efficiently
  • Perform watch alteration and fitting services for clients
  • Build and maintain comprehensive product and brand knowledge
  • Develop and nurture client relationships, establishing and expanding a personal client book
  • Capture client information and maintain accuracy within the CRM database
  • Contribute to brand events and client engagement activities
  • Create social media content for the boutique's Instagram presence as required
  • Provide after-sales support and coordinate with after-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Support boutique opening and closing procedures

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of retail experience, with the majority in luxury retail
  • Previous experience in the watch or horology industry preferred
  • Proactive, independent approach with strong team collaboration skills
  • Highly professional demeanor with exemplary customer service capabilities
  • Ability to develop and maintain extensive brand and product knowledge
