Hublot Sales Associate position in Hong Kong Island. Full-time, permanent retail role requiring 3+ years experience and fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to boutique revenue growth
- Follow stock management guidelines and procedures to maintain accurate inventory
- Maintain excellent housekeeping and presentation standards throughout the boutique
- Ensure visual merchandising displays comply with brand guidelines in both window and in-store environments
- Deliver exceptional customer service with comprehensive product knowledge and cross-selling expertise
- Provide dedicated after-sales service support and customer follow-up
- Assist in the execution and support of in-store marketing events and promotional activities
Qualifications
- Form 5 qualification or above
- Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
- Service-oriented approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated cross-selling capabilities
- Minimum 3 years of proven retail sales experience
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in retail sales. Candidates with extensive retail background may be considered for Senior Sales Associate positions.
Education
Form 5 qualification or above; retail diploma considered advantageous.
