Hublot Sales Ambassador position in Sydney, Australia—luxury timepiece and jewellery retail sales role with client management focus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maximize sales opportunities through strategic selling and development of potential clients
- Deliver compelling storytelling and emotional brand experiences that reflect the maison's heritage and craftsmanship
- Execute comprehensive clienteling activities, including follow-up on all sales leads and nurturing of long-term client relationships
- Maintain boutique displays in excellent condition, adhere to all security procedures, participate in stock-takes, and ensure smooth daily operations
- Provide exceptional after-sales service front-office activities for end customers
- Collaborate actively with boutique management to identify and implement operational improvements
- Contribute as a strong team player by assisting colleagues with sales initiatives and daily boutique duties
- Drive achievement of sales targets and elevate product awareness amongst clientele
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in one-on-one customer service and retail sales
- Proven track record in high jewellery and/or timepiece retail environments
- Demonstrated expertise in consultative selling methodologies
- Strong results-driven mindset with ability to work towards and exceed sales targets
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with flair and creativity
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in providing one-on-one customer service with a proven track record in retail sales. Experience in high jewellery and timepiece retail environments is preferred. Demonstrated proficiency in consultative selling and a results-driven approach to meeting and exceeding sales targets are essential.
