Hublot seeks a Production Planning Manager in Nyon, Switzerland. Lead movement planning operations within luxury watchmaking supply chain.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and direct production activities to meet production schedules while maintaining quality standards and delivery timelines
  • Develop detailed production schedules in collaboration with the Head of Planning, synchronizing efforts to achieve production department objectives and industrial priorities
  • Coordinate and analyze material flows from raw materials through component assembly
  • Monitor production capacity, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective action plans to optimize resource utilization
  • Design, develop, and maintain key performance dashboards and indicators including service levels, schedule adherence, and inventory coverage
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the planning team to maximize performance and engagement
  • Continuously improve planning processes and reporting tools
  • Ensure accuracy of planning parameters including lead times, lot sizes, safety stock levels, and planning horizons

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management from a recognized institution (HES/EPF or equivalent)
  • Minimum five years of professional experience in production planning within the watchmaking or horological manufacturing sector
  • Advanced proficiency with ERP systems and reporting tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively across departments

Experience
