Role & Responsibilities
- Develop, coordinate and execute the production planning for assigned watch movement flows to meet the production plan, quality standards and delivery deadlines.
- Establish detailed production schedules in partnership with the PDP (Production, Demand & Planning) lead; synchronize cross‑functional activities to achieve industrial priorities.
- Analyse and manage material and assembly flows from raw materials through to finished movement assemblies, ensuring continuity and traceability.
- Align resources to production capacity and load plans; identify bottlenecks and propose corrective action plans to restore throughput.
- Design, implement and monitor planning KPIs and dashboards (service rate, plan adherence, stock coverage) to ensure objective performance measurement.
- Maintain the reliability of planning parameters (lead times, lot sizes, safety stocks, frozen horizons) and continuously improve associated processes and tools.
- When applicable, lead, coach and develop a small team to deliver planning objectives and foster cross‑departmental collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (HES/EPF or equivalent) in supply chain management, industrial engineering or related discipline, or equivalent continuing education in supply chain.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in production planning or supply chain planning, preferably within manufacturing or horology.
- Proven understanding of industrial flows and capacity planning in a high‑precision manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated experience with ERP systems and reporting tools for planning and performance monitoring.
- Strong analytical problem‑solving skills, organisation and prioritisation capabilities.
- Effective communicator with experience working transversally across operations, procurement and production teams.
- Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive corrective actions.

Experience
At least 5 years in a production planning or supply chain planning role within a manufacturing environment; experience in watchmaking or precision manufacturing is highly desirable.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering or equivalent (HES/EPF or similar); continuing education in supply chain is acceptable.
