Hublot Marketing Partnerships Intern in Nyon, Switzerland — 6-month fixed-term role in luxury watchmaking.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Partnerships team with operational and logistical matters related to partner and ambassador contracts
- Assist with the follow-up and coordination of ongoing activations and projects
- Create and update presentations for the Partnerships team and senior management
- Prepare materials for internal reports and headquarters meetings
- Monitor Value in Kind (watch donations) and related documentation
- Manage invoicing and payment processes with partners and suppliers
- Follow up on executed partnership contract files and ensure proper documentation
- Respond to partnership inquiries and external partner requests
- Consolidate and maintain the brand activation calendar
- Manage contractual football ticketing for VIP clients, partners, and press
- Monitor and analyse partner performance metrics to optimise visibility and impact
- Analyse relevant KPIs and prepare reports and presentations for distribution to headquarters and communication channels
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Fluent in French and English; proficiency in an additional language is a strong asset
- Strong attention to detail with demonstrated ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of luxury industry codes and standards

Education
Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field required.
