Based at Hublot’s Manufacture in Nyon, the Hospitality Manager leads hospitality operations, VIP visits, tours, exclusive dinners, and high-profile events, while setting global hospitality standards and supporting international markets. This is a permanent, full-time, on-site role requiring at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and manage VIP visits, Manufacture tours, and bespoke, seamless, memorable experiences at the Manufacture.
- Serve as a brand ambassador and guardian of Hublot’s heritage, bringing the Maison’s history, values, and watchmaking expertise to life for every visitor.
- Coordinate with watchmakers, executives, and PR teams to create personalized itineraries and behind-the-scenes masterclasses.
- Define, implement, and continuously elevate global hospitality guidelines across the Manufacture.
- Ensure consistency, excellence, and attention to detail throughout the guest journey, including reception, catering, gifting, logistics, and departure.
- Strengthen hospitality practices across markets so that every interaction reflects Hublot’s brand identity and luxury positioning.
- Train and supervise internal hosting teams, external agencies, and hosts and hostesses during key events.
- Provide tailored guidelines and operational support to international markets for Manufacture know-how displays, brand heritage storytelling, and the coordination and shipment of exhibition components.
- Collect and review feedback from VIP guests and internal stakeholders to improve the guest journey.
- Benchmark luxury hospitality trends, fine dining, and immersive brand experiences to introduce innovative concepts to Hublot.
- Ensure seamless communication and coordination between local markets and Headquarters for incoming delegation visits.
Qualifications
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Event Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, VIP guest relations, or high-end event management, ideally within luxury, watchmaking, fashion, or premium industries.
- Deep mastery of luxury service standards and guest journey management, with the ability to translate brand heritage, values, and craftsmanship into engaging, authentic storytelling.
- Proven track record designing and managing tailor-made VIP visits, exclusive experiences, and complex, multi-stakeholder itineraries with flawless logistical execution.
- Experience developing and implementing global hospitality guidelines to ensure consistency across touchpoints, and coordinating and training internal teams and external providers.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with senior management, artisans and watchmakers, PR teams, and international markets.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and autonomous, with a genuine passion for luxury, Swiss watchmaking, and innovative experiential concepts.
- High cultural awareness and ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and French; any additional language is a strong asset.
