Financial Analyst position at Hublot USA Miami headquarters—luxury watchmaker seeks finance professional for Americas analysis, budgeting, and reporting.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and variance reviews comparing actual results to forecasts, delivering financial reviews to management and headquarters to facilitate proactive business management
  • Oversee marketing and wholesale support expense management (30% of role), including monthly budget variance analysis, supplier invoice approval, and incentive payout review
  • Prepare daily sales reports ensuring consistency across ERP, Power BI, and POS systems; publish monthly net sales data and review sales credit notes
  • Design and maintain Power BI dashboards tracking key performance indicators for sales, marketing, capital expenditure, and operations
  • Execute monthly close entries for net sales and marketing; prepare full P&L consolidation in LVMH systems for two legal entities
  • Coordinate regional budgeting and planning processes with marketing team, ensuring alignment with headquarters guidelines and LVMH consolidation standards
  • Manage capital expenditure budgeting and spending oversight for retail corners and shop-in-shop installations, coordinating in-service dates and depreciation schedules with accounting
  • Monitor customer credit positions daily, analyze blocked orders, and provide recommendations for release within delegation of authority parameters
  • Execute ad-hoc financial projects and strategic analysis as directed by management

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in financial analysis, planning, or business analysis within a luxury goods, retail, or multinational corporate environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling, data manipulation, and complex analysis
  • Demonstrated experience with business intelligence tools and Power BI dashboard development
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, general ledger management, and monthly close procedures
  • Experience with ERP systems and multinational consolidation software (LVMH consolidation systems preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across marketing, accounting, and senior management
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English with capacity to communicate financial concepts clearly to non-financial audiences
