Hublot seeks a Customer Service Master Data Coordinator in Nyon, Switzerland, to lead after-sales data governance and quality management worldwide.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Establish and enforce master data governance frameworks, including workflows, validation protocols, and accountability structures for the worldwide after-sales network
  • Administer and maintain all categories of reference data essential to after-sales operations: product references, components, nomenclature, pricing structures, service definitions, technical authorisations, user accounts, partner access rights, and digital documentation
  • Implement quality control measures, audits, and corrective action plans to guarantee data reliability and completeness across all systems (ERP, Extranet, Repair 360, and related applications)
  • Serve as the global point of reference for all master data-related issues affecting after-sales operations; support subsidiaries, repair centres, and partners in the effective use of data tools and systems
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, Marketing, Product Development, and Manufacturing teams to ensure data consistency and coherence
  • Participate in defining business requirements for digital transformation projects and coordinate data evolution in support of after-sales initiatives
  • Produce and maintain comprehensive functional and technical documentation on data management processes; identify and implement opportunities for process simplification, standardisation, and automation
  • Participate in testing, validation, and deployment phases of new system features and digital enhancements
  • Define and monitor key data quality indicators (completeness, accuracy, update timeliness, error rates); analyse variances and pilot improvement initiatives
  • Generate regular reporting on data quality status and corrective actions undertaken

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or advanced technical discipline
  • Minimum three years of professional experience in a similar master data management or data governance role
  • Expert-level knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM), data governance frameworks, and data quality methodologies
  • Advanced proficiency with ERP systems (SAP or equivalent), digital tools, business intelligence platforms, and advanced Microsoft Excel
  • Strong understanding of product structures, nomenclature systems, technical specifications, and mechanical principles applicable to luxury watches
  • Demonstrated experience in after-sales processes, ideally within industrial or horological manufacturing environments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in international, matrix-based environments
  • Excellent problem-solving orientation and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Strong organisational and planning capabilities combined with rigorous attention to detail
