Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the central interface between retailers, private clients and Hublot’s repair department, ensuring clear, timely communication.
  • Handle incoming telephone and written customer enquiries for the After‑Sales service with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Coordinate and administratively manage the full repair and service workflow, from intake to return shipment.
  • Prepare cost estimates and invoices for repair work and services.
  • Track repair status, inventory movements and transports; follow up to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Liaise closely with the headquarter team in Switzerland to align processes, technical details and service decisions.
  • Organise and dispatch spare parts and repaired watches, ensuring secure and compliant logistics.
  • Ensure a consistently excellent customer experience across the entire service journey.

Qualifications

  • Completed university degree or comparable qualification.
  • Minimum three years of professional experience, preferably in an international environment; customer service or direct client contact experience is an advantage.
  • Fluent German and English (written and spoken); French language skills are a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong service orientation.
  • Interest in mechanical watches and the ability to work precisely with small components.
  • Structured, organised and able to work independently while contributing positively to a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.

Minimum 3 years of professional experience, ideally in customer service, after‑sales or client-facing roles within an international environment; experience with repair coordination or the watch/jewellery sector is advantageous.
