Hublot Hamburg Client Advisor (temporary, full-time). Create luxury experiences for VIC clientele in our boutique with proactive relationship management and brand storytelling expertise.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Curate and deliver exceptional client experiences tailored to VIC and VVIC clientele, building lasting relationships beyond the point of sale
  • Drive business development through proactive customer outreach, event invitations, and personalized product presentations
  • Embody the Hublot brand spirit and aesthetic standards, serving as the boutique's primary ambassador to clients
  • Develop and expand the Hublotista network through consistent engagement, networking, and community building
  • Execute product storytelling and horological expertise to transform client interactions into memorable brand moments
  • Maintain a dynamic, client-centric boutique atmosphere whilst achieving consistent sales targets and business objectives

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of sales or luxury customer-facing experience
  • Fluent in German and English; proficiency in an additional language strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated excellence in relationship management and networking within affluent or luxury markets
  • Strong understanding of luxury aesthetics and ability to present products with sophisticated positioning
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and professional demeanor befitting a luxury brand
  • Structured approach to organization and multitasking in a dynamic retail environment

Experience
