Hublot — Miami: Business Development Analyst (Hybrid) supporting sales reporting, merchandising and demand planning for Hublot of America.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly sales and inventory reporting packages for North America and Swiss counterparts; ensure accuracy and reconciled data across commercial systems.
- Build presentations and materials for business reviews covering sales trends, retailer performance and competitive benchmarking.
- Respond to ad hoc reporting requests from internal stakeholders with timely and accurate analyses.
- Produce SKU-level and channel-level analyses to inform assortment, replenishment and forecasting decisions.
- Support demand planning by organizing historical sales data, seasonality inputs and replenishment trends; monitor inventory and flag discrepancies or reorder needs.
- Track new product launches and coordinate assortment rollouts and retailer readiness checks.
- Deliver competitive market analysis and research to support product, distribution and promotional strategy discussions.
- Measure and report on the commercial impact of 360° brand activations (VM, events, CRM) and assist in coordinating special projects and client-facing activations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field required.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business analysis, merchandising, demand planning or related commercial function; 5+ years preferred.
- Demonstrated experience working with sales and inventory data and producing commercial reports for leadership.
- Experience working in a cross-functional or matrixed organization; multi-market coordination (North America with Swiss counterparts) is an advantage.

Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, merchandising, demand planning or a closely related commercial role supporting retail and wholesale channels; experience with sales/inventory systems and cross-functional coordination is required, with 5+ years preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field required.
