Hublot Berlin seeks Boutique Supervisor (temporary, full-time) to support store management, build client relationships, and drive luxury watch sales. German & English required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support store management in all operational, organizational, and personnel matters, assuming full authority during management absence
- Deliver professional consultation and attentive service to national and international clientele
- Build and cultivate a local customer base through strategic relationship management and personalized outreach
- Share sales responsibility in close collaboration with the Assistant and Store Manager, with emphasis on revenue optimization
- Coordinate internal events and promotional activities to strengthen brand presence and customer engagement
- Curate attractive display cases and ensure optimal presentation of luxury products in alignment with brand heritage and visual identity standards
- Co-manage the boutique's Instagram social media presence, ensuring consistent brand storytelling and community engagement
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliation procedures with meticulous attention to accuracy
- Prepare monthly reporting documentation for management review
- Oversee point-of-sale operations, including cash management, cash drawer reconciliation, and invoice verification
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of professional experience in sales or a comparable customer-facing role
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages highly advantageous
- Proven networking and relationship-building capabilities to expand professional and client networks
- Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated customer orientation and service excellence
- Affinity for luxury products and sophisticated understanding of high-end presentation techniques
