Hublot is hiring a Boutique Manager in Rome. Lead store operations, sales and team development for the Maison's boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all boutique operations, ensuring exceptional client experience and hospitality standards.
- Drive sales performance and adherence to defined sales and marketing budgets; set and evaluate boutique and individual objectives.
- Recruit, onboard, coach and develop retail staff; manage schedules, holidays and day-to-day team leadership.
- Oversee inventory management, stock ordering and visual merchandising to uphold premium presentation standards.
- Plan, execute and follow up on local marketing initiatives and in-store events in collaboration with Sales & Marketing.
- Maintain boutique infrastructure and operational readiness; oversee administrative processes and compliance.
- Prepare monthly performance analysis, client insights and competitor reports; maintain regular communication with senior management.
- Collaborate closely with After-Sales, Sales and Marketing teams to maximise client satisfaction and lifetime value.
Qualifications
- Commercial background with relevant further education or diploma in business, retail management or hospitality.
- Proven managerial experience in luxury retail or substantial experience serving a high-net-worth clientele (e.g., high-end hospitality).
- Demonstrable track record in team leadership, recruitment and staff development.
- Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken); additional languages such as French are a plus.
- Strong organisational skills, resilience, flexibility and commitment to premium service standards.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a keen affinity for luxury products and premium presentation.

Experience
Minimum five years of progressive experience in retail, with proven managerial responsibility in luxury retail or equivalent high-end hospitality roles; experience with international clientele is advantageous.
Education
Degree or diploma in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality or equivalent; relevant further education in luxury retail preferred.
