Role & Responsibilities
- Direct, coach, and develop boutique team to achieve ambitious sales and service quality objectives
- Drive boutique commercial performance through acquisition, retention, and client development initiatives
- Develop and nurture privileged relationships with HNW and UHNW clients as principal brand ambassador within the local market
- Create exceptional, memorable client experiences aligned with Hublot's values and positioning
- Design and implement local clienteling, networking, and event strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate commercial opportunities
- Establish boutique culture founded on excellence, accountability, teamwork, and client orientation
- Maintain highest presentation, operational, and stock management standards
- Recruit, onboard, train, and develop talent to build a high-performing, engaged team
- Define, monitor, and evaluate individual and collective objectives with continuous improvement focus
- Analyze commercial performance, market trends, and competitive activity; prepare action plans and regular management reports
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and After-Sales Service teams to maximize commercial opportunities and ensure seamless client experience
- Deploy local marketing initiatives and brand activations in alignment with regional and international strategy
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' management experience in luxury, luxury hospitality, or comparable high-end retail environments (Haute Horlogerie, Haute Joaillerie, Luxury Fashion, Premium Automotive, or five-star hospitality)
- Proven experience developing sales and managing international HNW and UHNW clientele
- Demonstrated excellence in leadership, coaching, and team development
- Fluent French and English; additional languages an asset
- Established local network and proven ability to build relationships with entrepreneurs, collectors, sports figures, family offices, and influential personalities
- Solid clienteling expertise with demonstrated history of client acquisition, retention, and development
- Experience organizing exclusive events, private appointments, and networking activities contributing to commercial growth
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of local luxury market and understanding of discerning clientele expectations
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong business orientation, and genuine passion for luxury and exceptional client experience
