Hublot seeks an experienced Boutique Director for its Las Vegas Forum location to lead sales, team, and operations with a focus on luxury customer experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed annual sales targets through team training, strategic planning, and performance analysis
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, establishing individual and collective goals with regular coaching on product knowledge and sales techniques
  • Develop and personally manage VIP client relationships to ensure exceptional service and long-term loyalty
  • Oversee all boutique operations including inventory management, budget control, merchandising displays, and vendor relationships
  • Implement weekly reporting on sales, operations, and boutique performance; communicate regularly with Hublot North America and Swiss headquarters
  • Develop annual event plans and marketing activations tailored to the local Las Vegas market in collaboration with the marketing team
  • Ensure strict adherence to Hublot brand standards, retail guidelines, and company policies across all boutique functions
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and develop sales team members; manage scheduling, payroll, and employee relations with HR support
  • Maintain and enhance the boutique's CRM database and Instagram presence according to brand guidelines
  • Support logistics for boutique events, renovations, and grand openings in coordination with Hublot North America

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 10+ years of retail experience, predominantly in luxury brands
  • 4+ years of managerial experience in a retail setting
  • Demonstrated work experience in the US retail market
  • Previous experience in the watch industry (preferred)
  • Proven ability to develop marketing and event concepts for local markets
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • High customer focus with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Working knowledge of POS systems and retail operations

Experience
