Role & Responsibilities

• Lead boutique P&L performance by setting and driving monthly and annual sales targets, monitoring discounts and inventory metrics.
• Recruit, onboard, coach and develop sales team members; establish individual and collective targets and deliver regular training on product knowledge and selling techniques.
• Deliver an exceptional clienteling programme: manage VIP relationships, oversee CRM data hygiene and propose local customer service strategies.
• Oversee day-to-day boutique operations including inventory management, stock orders, returns logistics, back-office replenishment and annual budgeting.
• Manage boutique presentation and merchandising to Hublot standards, ensuring regular rotation and maintaining brand integrity on the sales floor.
• Plan and execute local marketing, events and activations in coordination with the marketing team; support event logistics and advise on local advertising.
• Coordinate facilities, security and third-party vendors (mall management, cleaning, telecoms) and liaise with Hublot North America and Swiss HQ on operational enquiries.
• Resolve complex client situations and after-sales issues, ensuring seamless communication with after-sales department and follow-up with end clients.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and retail procedures, and manage employee relations in partnership with HR when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of retail experience, with the majority spent in luxury retail.
• At least 4 years of retail managerial experience.
• Previous experience in the US or Canadian retail market required.
• Previous experience in the watch industry is a strong plus.
• Proven leadership and team development skills with high customer focus and strong interpersonal aptitude.
• Strong organisational skills and experience managing budgets and inventory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with POS systems; experience using CRM tools.

Extensive retail background: typically 10+ years in retail with the majority in luxury and at least 4 years in a managerial retail role. Demonstrated experience within the US/Canada market; prior watch-industry experience advantageous.
