Hublot BIM Manager role in Nyon, Switzerland — lead digitalization of facility management infrastructure and processes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute facility management digitalization projects, including CAFM implementation, BIM integration, handover protocols, and energy tracking systems
- Administer and maintain the CAFM platform and BIM data in IFC formats, ensuring data integrity and system performance
- Manage facility management ticketing systems and computer-assisted maintenance (GMAO) for infrastructure and production equipment
- Administer monitoring and energy performance tracking tools, generating and analyzing KPIs, dashboards, and performance indicators
- Maintain quality assurance and currency of all FM data, including intervention reports, work orders, technical documentation, procedures, and checklists
- Oversee asset mutations and technical evolutions, managing maintenance contracts, technical attributes, handover data, and updates to digital models and drawings
- Develop and optimize digital workflows and information flows among building stakeholders and FM teams
- Manage and enhance facility management content on the company intranet platform
Qualifications
- Diploma in engineering, architecture, construction, or relevant digital and building-related discipline
- Proven experience with CAFM and GMAO environments and BIM data management (IFC format)
- Demonstrated expertise in construction digitalization and digital model management
- Strong understanding of facility management and construction operations and their operational challenges
- Proficiency with digital tools and platforms associated with BIM-to-FM workflows
- Ability to manage complex data structures and exploit performance dashboards effectively
- Natural aptitude for collaborative environments with diverse stakeholders (FM, project teams, IT, external vendors)
- Fluent in professional English in a technical and international context
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of successful experience in construction digitalization, BIM model management, and/or CAFM/BIM-to-FM environments. Operational knowledge of facility management and construction trades is essential.
Education
Diploma in engineering, architecture, construction, or equivalent discipline in digital and building-related fields.
