Hublot seeks Assistant Boutique Director in Houston, TX. Manage boutique operations, lead retail team, oversee inventory and customer relations at luxury watchmaker.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service across all areas of negotiation, client satisfaction, and after-sales service
- Maintain brand integrity according to headquarters standards and ensure daily visual merchandising follows HQ guidelines with regular rotation cycles
- Execute weekly reporting on boutique sales, operations, and inventory controls, providing feedback on inventory mix and stock orders
- Manage logistics of returns and after-sales service inventory
- Assist in directing the team toward boutique financial targets including sales, discounts, and inventory optimization
- Coordinate logistics for all brand-organized boutique events and activations
- Update and maintain the boutique's Instagram account in accordance with headquarters guidelines
- Manage customer relationship management database to ensure accuracy and provide necessary reporting to management
- Assist in staff scheduling and mentoring Sales Associates on customer service, retail guidelines, and company procedures
- Act as floor manager and assume full boutique responsibility during the Boutique Director's absence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of related retail experience
- Minimum 2 years in a retail management role with proven store management experience
- Strong organizational and leadership capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
- High customer service orientation and focus
- Thorough understanding of the timepieces industry desired
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Education
Bachelor's degree preferred.
