Hour Passion is hiring a Watch & Jewelry Sales Associate at Orly Airport (Orly, France). Join Hour Passion to sell watches and jewellery in a premium travel-retail boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, high-quality customer service and clienteling to drive sales and achieve daily/weekly KPIs.
- Present, demonstrate and explain product features across watches and jewellery, matching clients with appropriate items and accessories.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately; process sales, exchanges, returns and warranty paperwork; perform cash reconciliation.
- Maintain brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines to ensure an engaging boutique environment tailored to travel-retail clientele.
- Receive, inspect and replenished stock; participate in regular inventory counts and stock-control procedures.
- Manage after-sales service and client follow-up, including handling repairs and liaising with brand service centres as required.
- Comply with airport-specific security, customs and lost-property procedures and follow loss-prevention protocols.
- Work assigned shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays typical of airport retail operations.
Qualifications
- Proven customer-facing retail experience; 1+ year in luxury or jewellery/watch retail strongly preferred.
- Solid numeracy and proven cash-handling accuracy.
- Good product knowledge or demonstrable interest in horology and jewellery; ability to learn technical product details quickly.
- Flexible availability to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays at an airport location.
- Legal authorization to work in France.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience; previous experience in watch or jewellery retail environments preferred, especially within travel-retail or high-traffic retail settings.
Education
High-school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, jewellery or watchmaking is an advantage.
