Hour Passion seeks an experienced Store Manager at McArthurGlen Designer Outlet in Richmond, BC to lead luxury watch and jewelry retail operations for Swatch Group.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Manage daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance with brand standards
- Drive customer acquisition and retention through strategic clienteling initiatives and personalized service
- Oversee financial performance including budgeting, cash management, and reconciliation
- Implement and enforce loss prevention and security protocols
- Recruit, train, and develop sales associates and support staff
- Maintain visual displays and store aesthetic in line with luxury brand guidelines
Qualifications
- Proven track record of retail management in a luxury goods or upscale environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams
- Strong financial acumen and experience with P&L management
- Excellent customer service and client relationship skills
- Knowledge of the watch and jewelry industry is preferred

5+ years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury goods, watches, jewelry, or similar premium segments
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail management certification or equivalent professional experience preferred
