Hour Passion Boutique at Milan Malpensa Airport seeks full-time Sales Assistant. Swatch Group Italia luxury retail position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized sales assistance and consultancy to clients in a luxury retail environment
- Execute transactions and process payments at point-of-sale
- Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty
- Contribute to achievement of store sales targets and key performance indicators
- Manage inventory, maintain merchandising standards, and ensure retail floor organization
- Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Swatch Group brand values
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts in an airport retail environment
- Flexibility, team orientation, and customer-centric mindset
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail sales is valued. Candidates without luxury sales background but demonstrating strong retail fundamentals and customer service acumen will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; professional retail or hospitality certification preferred.
