Hour Passion Sales Assistant position at Malpensa Airport, Milan. Temporary full-time luxury retail role with The Swatch Group.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver client consultation and sales services in a luxury retail setting
- Process transactions and manage point-of-sale operations
- Maintain product knowledge across the Hour Passion collection
- Ensure an elevated client experience consistent with luxury retail standards
- Support boutique operations and merchandising initiatives
Qualifications
- Retail or luxury customer service experience preferred
- Fluent Italian language skills
