Hour Passion (Swatch Group) — Temporary part‑time Sales Assistant at Malpensa Airport, Somma Lombardo, Italy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service and product advice to a luxury clientele in a high‑traffic airport environment.
- Drive sales and meet individual and store KPIs through proactive client engagement and product presentation.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, process cash and card transactions, and ensure accurate end‑of‑shift reconciliation.
- Maintain store visual standards and merchandising according to brand guidelines; implement promotional displays and seasonal resets.
- Receive, inspect and manage stock; perform inventory counts and report discrepancies.
- Comply with all airport security, customs and operational procedures; liaise with airport authority protocols as required.
- Support daily store administration, including basic CRM entry, sales reporting and coordination with store management for replenishment.
Qualifications
- Fluent Italian; professional working knowledge of English desirable.
- Previous retail experience in luxury goods, watches or a high‑end jewellery environment preferred (minimum 1 year).
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a client‑focused, polished manner appropriate to premium retail.
- Availability and flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, public holidays and early/late airport rosters.
- Right to work in Italy and ability to pass airport security/clearance requirements.
Skills
Experience
Preferably at least 1 year of retail experience in luxury goods, watches, jewellery or travel retail; airport or travel‑retail experience is a strong advantage.
Education
Upper secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent; vocational training in retail, sales or hospitality is a plus.

This position is based in Somma Lombardo, Lombardy, Italy, within easy reach of Milan.
