Hour Passion Serravalle Sales Assistant (Part-Time, Temporary) — Swatch Group, Serravalle Scrivia, Italy. Luxury watch and jewelry retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional sales experiences through attentive client care and personalized service
- Manage client relationships and support the entire sales lifecycle from initial consultation through post-sale follow-up
- Contribute to achievement of company sales targets and business objectives
- Maintain store presentation, back-office organization, and inventory accuracy
- Uphold Hour Passion brand image and values in all client interactions
- Work assigned shifts including evenings, weekends, and rotating schedules as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of retail sales experience as a sales associate or equivalent
- Excellent English language proficiency
- Strong sales orientation and commercial acumen
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to read clients and adapt communication style to different situations and needs
- Problem-solving capability and flexibility
- Availability to work rotating shifts

Experience

Education

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 24972.50 per annum.

Coverage under the Italian national collective bargaining agreement for the tertiary, distribution, and services sector (C.C.N.L. Terziario, Distribuzione, Servizi). Part-time compensation to be adjusted proportionally based on hours worked.
