Hour Passion Fiumicino (The Swatch Group Italia) seeks a Sales Assistant for luxury retail in Rome. Full-time temporary role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver consultative sales experiences to international clientele, identifying customer needs and presenting appropriate product solutions
- Achieve individual and team sales targets whilst maintaining service excellence standards
- Manage customer relationships through professional pre-sales consultation and attentive post-sales support
- Maintain store organization, back-office administration, and stock accuracy to support daily operations
- Ensure accurate brand presentation and visual merchandising standards aligned with Hour Passion's luxury positioning
- Participate in shift-based scheduling across the boutique's operational hours

- Proven retail sales experience
