Hour Passion, a prestigious multi-brand concept store operated by The Swatch Group Italia, seeks a full-time Sales Assistant for its flagship boutique at Fiumicino Airport. The role combines customer-facing retail excellence with operational support, requiring the incumbent to deliver exceptional sales experiences while maintaining inventory and visual merchandising standards aligned with the Hour Passion brand positioning. This position offers exposure to a curated portfolio of international luxury watch and jewelry brands within an innovative boutique environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver consultative sales experiences to international clientele, identifying customer needs and presenting appropriate product solutions
- Achieve individual and team sales targets whilst maintaining service excellence standards
- Manage customer relationships through professional pre-sales consultation and attentive post-sales support
- Maintain store organization, back-office administration, and stock accuracy to support daily operations
- Ensure accurate brand presentation and visual merchandising standards aligned with Hour Passion's luxury positioning
- Participate in shift-based scheduling across the boutique's operational hours
