Hour Passion Fiumicino (The Swatch Group Italia) — full-time sales assistant position in luxury watch and jewelry retail in Milan area.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver consultative sales service and facilitate purchases across a diverse portfolio of luxury watch and jewelry brands
- Build and maintain client relationships, identifying customer needs and adapting communication to enhance the shopping experience
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive engagement and product knowledge
- Manage merchandise presentation, stock levels, and back-office operations to ensure optimal store presentation
- Execute post-sale support and customer service inquiries with professionalism and care
- Uphold brand standards and maintain the visual integrity of the Hour Passion retail environment
Qualifications
