The Swatch Group Italia seeks a Sales Assistant for the Hour Passion boutique in Castel Romano, a multi-brand concept store specializing in luxury watches and jewelry representing prestigious brands within The Swatch Group portfolio. The incumbent will deliver exceptional sales experiences through attentive client care and fulfillment of purchasing desires, contribute to commercial objectives through relationship management and pre- and post-sale support, maintain impeccable store presentation and back-office organization, and ensure stock integrity while upholding the Hour Passion brand image.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver elevated sales experiences and personalized client assistance, ensuring fulfillment of customer desires and expectations
• Cultivate and manage client relationships to drive commercial objectives and contribute to boutique sales targets
• Provide comprehensive pre-sale and post-sale support, addressing client inquiries and managing transactions with professionalism
• Maintain pristine store presentation, visual merchandising standards, and back-office organization to reflect the Hour Passion brand identity
• Manage stock inventory with precision, ensuring accurate representation and availability of luxury timepieces and jewelry
• Demonstrate flexibility in shift scheduling and operational readiness to support boutique operations across varying hours

Qualifications

• Commercial acumen and sales orientation
• Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities
• Ability to assess client needs and adapt communication style according to situational context
• Proficient problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Retail experience in luxury or selective retail environments (preferred)
• Fluency in English

Experience

Prior experience in retail environments, particularly in luxury goods or selective distribution, is preferred but not required. The role values commercial drive, adaptability, and demonstrated success in client-facing retail positions.

Education

Secondary school education (Italian diploma) or equivalent is typically expected for this retail position.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is EUR 24972.50 per annum.

Employment governed by the Italian national collective bargaining agreement (CCNL) for Tertiary, Distribution, and Services sectors. Base gross annual salary of €24,972.50 for full-time employment, adjusted proportionally for part-time arrangements.
