Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service and product advice to a diverse, international clientele in a multibrand watch and jewelry boutique.
- Drive sales and conversion through consultative selling, product demonstrations and effective clienteling.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, process transactions, manage payments and ensure accurate cash handling.
- Maintain boutique standards: visual merchandising, window displays, housekeeping and product presentation consistent with brand guidelines.
- Manage stock: receive deliveries, perform inventory counts, label merchandise and coordinate with store management for replenishment.
- Provide professional after‑sales service including warranty handling, basic servicing intake and coordination with corporate service centres.
- Support store events, launches and promotional activities; contribute to achieving store KPIs and daily targets.
Qualifications
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, hospitality or luxury sales preferred.
- Proven retail experience (preferably 1+ years) in watches, jewelry or luxury goods.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client‑focused, consultative sales approach.
- Availability to work a part‑time schedule including weekends, public holidays and peak retail hours.
- Reliable presentation, professional grooming and the ability to represent multiple premium brands.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 1 year of customer-facing retail experience, ideally within watches, jewelry or luxury retail. Experience in a multibrand boutique or corporate store environment is advantageous.
Education
Secondary school diploma or equivalent; vocational/professional training in retail or luxury sales preferred.
