Hour Passion Zurich Airport seeks Sales Advisor (60–100%), luxury watches and jewelry retail role with Swatch Group brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and product expertise to international clients
- Conduct sales of luxury watches and jewelry from leading Swiss and international brands
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product collections and horological heritage
- Build client relationships and manage customer inquiries in a multi-brand retail environment
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and boutique performance objectives
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or high-end sales
- Demonstrated passion for watches, jewelry, or luxury goods
- Fluency in multiple languages (German, English minimum)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor and refined presence appropriate to luxury clientele
Skills
Experience
Sales experience in luxury retail, watches, jewelry, or comparable high-end retail environments is essential. Prior experience serving international or affluent clientele is advantageous.
