About Hour Passion

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver exemplary, client-focused service to an international, travel retail clientele and convert enquiries into sales.
• Maintain deep product knowledge across Maison portfolios (Blancpain, Glashütte, Omega, Longines, Rado, Tissot, Balmain, Certina, Mido, Hamilton) and communicate brand heritage and technical features to customers.
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling, upselling and cross-selling.
• Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, process transactions and manage cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
• Support visual merchandising and presentation standards, ensuring product displays, stock rotation and store housekeeping meet brand guidelines.
• Participate in inventory controls, stock receipts, transfers and shrinkage prevention measures.
• Work rostered shifts including weekends, evenings and public holidays typical of airport retail operations, and collaborate with the store team on promotions and events.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience in luxury goods, watches or jewellery preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and sales skills with a polished, service-oriented manner.
• Strong product interest and ability to learn technical watch features and brand stories quickly.
• Reliable, punctual and comfortable working in a fast-paced airport retail environment.
• Eligible to work in Switzerland and available for flexible shift patterns.

Skills

Experience

Preferably 1–3 years of experience in retail sales within luxury watches, jewellery or related premium categories; experience in travel retail or airport environments is an advantage.

Education

Secondary education; vocational training or commercial apprenticeship in retail, sales or hospitality is desirable but not mandatory.
