Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to an international clientele and build long-term client relationships through active clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to boutique KPIs through proactive selling, upselling and cross-selling of watches and jewellery.
- Maintain deep product knowledge across represented maisons and present technical and stylistic attributes confidently to customers.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, process transactions and ensure compliance with duty-free/airport retail procedures where applicable.
- Support visual merchandising, stock reception and inventory control to preserve brand standards and product presentation.
- Provide after-sales support, coordinate repairs/servicing and liaise with central service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience in luxury goods, ideally watches and/or jewellery.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to serve a diverse, international customer base.
- Commercial acumen with a results-driven approach and familiarity with sales KPIs.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays typical of airport retail.
- Professional appearance and the ability to uphold the brand’s luxury presentation standards.
Skills
Experience
1–3 years of hands-on experience in luxury retail or boutique sales, preferably with watches or jewellery; prior airport or travel-retail experience is advantageous.
Education
Completed secondary education; vocational training in retail, commerce or a related field preferred.
