Role & Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and build lasting relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate brand values and features.
- Ensure the store's visual merchandising adheres to brand standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of the luxury watch market and consumer behavior.
- Fluency in English and German; additional languages are advantageous.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a related field is required.
Education
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; further education in business or retail management is preferred.
