Hour Passion Malpensa Airport seeks full-time Sales Assistant (Chinese/English speaker) in Milan. Luxury watch retail position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales of luxury watches and related products within the boutique
- Manage client relationships and deliver consultative sales experiences
- Contribute to achievement of team and individual sales targets
- Operate across rotational shift schedules in an airport retail environment
- Maintain boutique presentation and merchandising standards
Qualifications
- Fluent Chinese (Mandarin) and English language proficiency
- Previous luxury retail sales experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Flexibility and adaptability to shift-based scheduling
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in luxury retail sales is valued; however, candidates demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills and sales aptitude may be considered.
Education
