Swatch Group seeks a bilingual Sales Assistant at Hour Passion, Malpensa Airport. Mandarin Chinese and Italian required; temporary full-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert product consultations to clientele in both Italian and Mandarin Chinese
- Drive sales through personalized styling and brand storytelling aligned with Hour Passion positioning
- Maintain point-of-sale systems and complete transactions accurately
- Uphold visual merchandising standards and maintain boutique presentation
- Process customer inquiries and manage after-sales support requests
- Contribute to meeting departmental sales targets and KPIs
Qualifications
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (Simplified or Traditional) and Italian
- Demonstrated experience in luxury retail or hospitality environments
- Strong interpersonal and consultative selling abilities
- Cash handling and point-of-sale system proficiency
- Professional appearance and grooming standards appropriate to luxury retail
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in luxury retail, watchmaking, or airport duty-free environments is strongly preferred. Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and positive customer feedback is essential.
Education
Secondary education minimum; formal retail or hospitality training is advantageous but not required.
