Swatch Group Sales Advisor position in Metzingen, Germany. Full-time luxury watch retail role with competitive benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver expert consultation on exclusive watch collections to domestic and international customers
- Transform sales interactions into memorable customer experiences
- Present merchandise professionally within the store and window displays according to decoration guidelines
- Manage cash handling and register closure procedures
- Process customer complaints and orders with professionalism
- Coordinate and execute service-related tasks as required
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience, ideally in watches, jewelry, cosmetics, fashion, or luxury lifestyle products
- Demonstrated service orientation with customer focus
- Enthusiasm for working within a collaborative team environment
