Hour Passion, part of the Swatch Group, seeks a part-time Sales Advisor for its boutique in Metzingen, Germany. The role involves delivering expert consultation on exclusive watch collections from brands including Longines, Rado, Tissot, and Swatch to domestic and international clientele. Responsibilities encompass professional merchandise presentation, point-of-sale operations, customer complaint resolution, order processing, and service-related tasks within a luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver expert, service-oriented consultation on luxury watch collections to domestic and international clients
- Conduct professional merchandise presentation in-store and window displays in accordance with corporate visual guidelines
- Execute point-of-sale operations, cash reconciliation, customer complaint handling, and order processing
- Perform customer service-related maintenance and support tasks
- Contribute actively to team initiatives and implement ideas within the boutique environment
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in retail or comparable sector, ideally within watches, jewelry, cosmetics, fashion, or premium lifestyle goods
