Hour Passion seeks a Retail Sales Associate for Roissy CDG (Ile-de-France) — airport watch retail role at Hour Passion in Paris.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, high-standard customer service to an international clientele in a fast-paced airport environment.
- Advise customers on watches and jewelry, matching product features to client needs and preferences.
- Drive sales performance and convert enquiries into transactions while meeting individual and store targets.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, process payments, handle refunds and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards, ensuring displays reflect brand guidelines.
- Manage stock: receive shipments, perform inventory counts, and ensure secure handling of valuable merchandise.
- Provide after-sales support including warranty advice, minor adjustments, and liaising with service/repair channels.
- Adhere to duty-free and regulatory procedures, loss-prevention policies and cash-handling protocols.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable customer-facing aptitude with polished interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commercial mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in retail environments.
- Strong interest in watches and jewelry; ability to acquire and retain product knowledge across brand ranges.
- Numerical accuracy and experience handling cash and card transactions.
- Flexible availability to work shifts typical of airport retail (early starts, late finishes, weekends and public holidays).
- Right to work in France and compliance with any local employment requirements.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in retail sales, preferably within watches, jewellery or other luxury goods. Experience in travel retail or airport boutiques is an advantage.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent; vocational training in retail or luxury sales is advantageous.

The successful candidate will be located in Roissy-en-France, Île-de-France, France, with easy access to Paris.
