Hour Passion (Swatch Group) seeks a Retail Sales Advisor in Kildare, Ireland — 32‑hour boutique role at Kildare Village for watches & jewellery sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service to an international clientele, cultivating long‑term client relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling, cross‑selling and upselling of watches and jewellery.
- Develop and maintain in‑depth product knowledge across multiple watch and jewellery brands to advise clients on features, craftsmanship and after‑sales.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale system accurately, manage cash and card transactions, and ensure compliant handling of receipts and refunds.
- Maintain boutique standards: visual merchandising, stock replenishment, inventory counts and loss‑prevention procedures.
- Support daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, merchandising resets and coordination with store management for promotions and events.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably in watches, jewellery or luxury accessories.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service‑oriented demeanour.
- Numerical accuracy and experience handling POS and cash reconciliations.
- Flexible availability including weekends and peak travel seasons.
- Legal authorization to work in Ireland.

Typically 1+ years of customer‑facing retail experience; experience in luxury retail, watch or jewellery sales preferred.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent; vocational training in retail, hospitality or luxury sales is advantageous.
