Hour Passion (Swatch Group) is hiring a Retail Sales Advisor (part‑time, 20 hrs) at Bicester Village, UK. Join a multi‑brand watches & jewellery retailer.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service to an international clientele and convert interactions into sales.
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge across watch and jewellery assortments and provide informed styling and technical advice.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, upselling and clienteling.
- Support visual merchandising standards and maintain an attractive, brand‑compliant presentation of displays and windows.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale, process transactions accurately and manage cash/EPOS procedures.
- Receive, inspect and replenish stock; support stocktakes and inventory control procedures.
- Adhere to loss‑prevention, security and store operational guidelines, including reporting and administrative tasks.
- Contribute to a collaborative store environment and assist with ad‑hoc tasks during peak trading or events.
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience in watches, jewellery, accessories or luxury fashion is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑focused orientation.
- Availability to work 20 hours per week, including weekends and peak trading periods; fixed‑term contract.
- Right to work in the UK and ability to meet any store scheduling requirements.
- Numeracy and accuracy for cash handling and transactional responsibilities.

Experience
Preferably 1+ year of retail experience, ideally within luxury watches, jewellery or comparable high‑end fashion retail. Experience in travel retail or outlet environments is an advantage.
Education
Secondary education (equivalent to GCSE/A‑level) or vocational retail/customer service training; formal degree not required.
