Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding service and personalised clienteling to a discerning, international customer base; build lasting client relationships and follow up on leads.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and cross‑selling across watch and jewellery ranges.
- Maintain expert product knowledge across multiple brands and communicate technical and heritage details confidently to customers.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, process transactions, handle cash and card payments and ensure accurate till reconciliation.
- Ensure impeccable store standards: visual merchandising, stock replenishment, stockroom organisation and loss‑prevention procedures.
- Support after‑sales service and warranty processes, coordinate with service centres and escalate client issues appropriately.
- Work flexible hours including weekends and bank holidays to cover peak retail trading in an outlet/village environment.
- Collaborate with team members and management to deliver a consistent customer experience and contribute to store performance.
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience, ideally in watches, jewellery or other luxury goods; outlet or travel retail experience is advantageous.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage an international clientele.
- Numerical accuracy and experience handling transactions and cash reconciliation.
- Right to work in the UK and availability to work flexible, part‑time hours including weekends.

Previous retail sales experience is required; 1–2 years in luxury retail, watch or jewellery sales preferred. Experience in outlet or travel retail environments is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education (GCSE or equivalent). Vocational qualifications in retail or sales are a plus.
